Question 1

Which jacket style goes well with most outfits?

Accepted Answer

If you're looking for a true capsule-wardrobe essential, minimalist jackets in black, beige, brown, or navy blue are your best bet. Timeless staples like denim jackets, well-worn leather jackets, oversized blazers, or classic trench coats can be styled effortlessly—whether you want to keep it casual with jeans or create a cool contrast over a dress.

Question 2

Why are vintage adidas track jackets & windbreakers so popular?

Accepted Answer

Retro sportswear jackets are the ultimate transitional outerwear pieces! Whether it’s an iconic vintage adidas track jacket with the legendary three stripes or a vibrant 90s windbreaker—they are lightweight, protect against chilly breezes, and are perfect for a cool layering look. Plus, the fabric quality of vintage activewear is often way more durable than today’s fast fashion

Question 3

What should I keep in mind when buying secondhand jackets?

Accepted Answer

Beyond the fabric itself, always check the condition of the zippers, buttons, and inner lining. Vintage jackets (especially from the 70s to the 90s) often feature entirely different silhouettes—like dropped shoulders, shoulder pads, or a boxy cropped fit. Don't rely blindly on the size tag. Use our Size Guide to measure a jacket you own and save your individual measurements to your rebe profile.
