14-Day Return Policy


1. Return Period

All of our verified shop sellers have a mandatory 14-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Your return package must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns postmarked after this period do not need to be accepted by the shops.


2. Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. Please note that returns must be sent to the individual shop seller's address, which will be provided during the return process.


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received. Items must be unworn and unused. If applicable, all tags and original packaging must be included. The original packaging should remain intact.


4. How to Request a Return & Receive Your Refund

Visit the profile of the shop seller you bought from and contact them via the "Contact Shop" button. Make sure to include your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and your rebe profile email address to start the process.

Once the shop seller has received and inspected your return, the refund will be initiated. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt to the original payment method used for the purchase.


5. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Packages

Please provide the shop seller with a photo and explanation within 24 hours of receiving the package using the "Contact Shop" button on their profile page. As rebe operates as a marketplace, shipping issues must be discussed directly with the shop seller.
